About us
Education is a basic right. We simply decided to act like it.
Founded in 2016 in Naro, Sindh — now 5 campuses, 1,500+ children, zero fees.
Our story
From humble beginnings to five campuses.
Educators Community School (ECS) has grown from humble beginnings and a single school into a leading provider of free private education in the remote desert regions of Sindh Province.
Headquartered in Karachi, ECS has established an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, tuition-free education that empowers students and transforms communities. Through a commitment to academic excellence, inclusivity, and student development, the school serves diverse educational needs while maintaining the highest standards of learning.
As an optimistic, forward-thinking, and innovative organization, ECS continuously strives to expand educational opportunities, foster lifelong learning, and contribute to the social and economic development of the communities it serves.
Our mission
To deliver world-class, entirely free education to the children of Sindh's most remote and underserved communities — and to prove that excellence and access are not opposites.
Our vision
A Sindh where no child's potential is limited by their postcode, their family's income, or the distance between their home and the nearest school.
Our belief
"A child's potential has nothing to do with the city they were born in — and everything to do with the teacher who believed in them."
Our values
What we refuse to compromise.
Free, Always
Excellence Without Compromise
Dignity, Not Charity
Community First
High Expectations for Every Child
How we're different
Not fees-optional — fully free.
Completely Free
No tuition. No hidden fees. No 'suggested contributions'. Ever.
Advanced, not 'just enough'
Cambridge-informed curriculum, STEM, coding, and confidence-building.
Transport across the desert
Buses that cross sand and distance so geography is never a barrier.

The children we serve
The first in their families to hold their own books.
Our students come from families of farmers, herders and daily-wage workers in some of Sindh's most remote desert communities — places where clean drinking water is scarce and a school was, until recently, simply out of reach. For most ECS children, they are the first in their family to hold their own books, to ride a bus to a classroom, to be told their future is worth investing in. This is who we serve, and why we never charge them a rupee.
